AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for our autoclaved aerated coagulation production line comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (also known as aluminum paste), and more.
This integral stage is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of these key raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical stage is the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production line.
Here, we expertly craft steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage lies at the center of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It facilitates the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (or automated) mesh hanging and fluid assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, cradling the billet body, is demudded using the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.
The ground turning table deftly completes the cut body process, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste.
Once waste is expertly cleared, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly conveyed into the autoclave for constant pressure curing via the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned at its forefront.
Our autoclave-cured products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and directed towards the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard via advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring smooth separation and delivery.
