AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the intricate journey of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. We meticulously handle premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) with unrivaled precision.
This pivotal section is devoted to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our fundamental raw materials, ensuring a seamless production experience.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of our operation, this section propels the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, embodying the essence of innovation and efficiency.
In this arena, we masterfully construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating both manual and automatic hanging mesh methodologies, complemented by the effortless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands at the core of our manufacturing, playing an indispensable role in the production of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we create the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, along with automatic circulation of the assembly frames for enhanced efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
At this critical juncture, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is carefully positioned on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the product into its final form with precision.
The ground turning table is instrumental in removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with finesse and precision.
Following waste removal, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and flawless product quality.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining unwavering pressure for impeccable results.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment for seamless delivery.
