AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Explore the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we diligently process top-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to perfection.
This essential section is devoted to the accurate processing and organized storage of our key raw materials, ensuring smooth operations.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the lifeblood of our production, propelling the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Within this hub, we masterfully create the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automated hanging mesh techniques, alongside a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is the cornerstone of our production, vital for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, we construct the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automated mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The ground turning table is pivotal in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, finishing the cut body with precision.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for impeccable results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a thorough process of sorting, palletizing, and careful packing, before being transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying technology.
