1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our raw material processing section utilizes high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure superior AAC production.
This crucial section handles the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of the AAC slab production process.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) is expertly fabricated for AAC slabs, with options for both manual and automatic mesh hanging and sophisticated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another essential core in the production of AAC slabs.
It involves the precision fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging and frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane, the mold frame holding the billet is expertly demudded. The billet and side plate are placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
Corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled through the ground turning table, ensuring eco-friendly production processes.
With waste removed, the billet is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless progression.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are smoothly transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure curing, using a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Post-curing, the ferry cart efficiently moves the autoclaved products to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, ensuring top-quality finished products ready for dispatch.
