1. Raw Material Processing Section
Step into the mesmerizing realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where the fundamental raw materials-sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum-combine with the enchanting influence of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), weaving a captivating tale of transformation.
This section is masterfully crafted for the detailed processing and optimal storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial segment where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with meticulous precision.
In this hub, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The operation includes effortless manual (or automatic) mesh manipulation and a sophisticated automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section is where the transformative magic crystallizes into tangible forms, integral to autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Within this dynamic sphere, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision, featuring both manual and automatic handling, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring seamless operation.
4. Cutting Section
Witness the engineering marvel as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is elegantly demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, subjected to meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving impeccable molding.
The crafted masterpiece arises as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to adeptly remove and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, concluding this phase with grace and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unrivaled precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, supported by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, both strategically positioned before the autoclaves.
Emerging from the autoclave-cured process as triumphs, products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, ready for their market debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Newly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a thorough process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and swift transport to the storage yard. This flawless journey from production to storage is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring impeccable quality and efficiency.
