1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, an exquisite selection of raw materials comes into play, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the essential aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring a seamless production journey.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

As the heartbeat of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section plays an indispensable role, driving the entire manufacturing process forward.

Here, the innovative creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) unfolds, essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It masterfully integrates both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, alongside the sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This segment, another core component in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, orchestrates the intricate process of crafting steel mesh (mesh cage).

This is where the magic happens with manual (or automatic) hanging mesh, coupled with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, laying the foundation for the slabs to come.

4. Cutting Section

Through ingenious engineering, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes a demudding transformation, thanks to the turning crane. This transition places the blank body and side plate onto the cutting car, where the product takes shape through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

The cut body is artfully completed with precision by the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste with remarkable efficiency.
Upon the meticulous waste removal, the blank body is seamlessly completed by the marshalling crane and the diligent marshalling ferry car, a testament to precise coordination and skill.

5. Autoclaving Section

The thoughtfully assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the expertly designed traction mechanism and ferry cart, positioning them for impeccable treatment within the autoclaves.

Emerging from the transformative autoclave cure, the products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and elegantly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their next journey.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After a thorough steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo an organized sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing process. They are then transported to the storage yard by the state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ready to meet consumer demand.
