AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, where we expertly manage the conditioning of superior raw materials-sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste)-to perfection.
This crucial section is devoted to the meticulous handling and organized storage of the vital raw materials that lay the foundation for our high-quality production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment acts as the cornerstone of our entire operation, propelling the manufacturing of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with efficiency and precision.
In this essential phase, we skillfully assemble the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, flawlessly integrating both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, along with a smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame for seamless execution.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is the core of our production, crucial in constructing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision.
Here, the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with meticulous care, utilizing both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, complemented by the effortless automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this juncture, the mold-contained billet body is skillfully demudded via a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is set on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts meticulously shape the final product.
The ground turning table is pivotal in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with grace.
Following waste removal, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure to achieve impeccable results.
Upon curing, the autoclaved products are expertly retrieved by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard, facilitated by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient handling.
