1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section is pivotal in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, we fabricate steel mesh (mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It supports both manual and automatic mesh hanging and ensures the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging, and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body is placed on the cutting car along with the side plate, and is then cut into shape through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting processes.
The cut body undergoes removal of corner waste using the ground turning table, which is then recycled.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
