1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our autoclaved aerated coagulation production utilizes premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, ensuring top-notch quality.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing either manual or automatic hanging mesh and ensuring seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is paramount for autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
In this section, we expertly create steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic hanging mesh and enabling efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product form.
The cutting process is completed by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave tank by the traction mechanism and the front ferry cart for consistent pressure maintenance.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
