1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (or aluminum paste), and other essential ingredients.
This section ensures the meticulous processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This segment is pivotal for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring their strength and durability.
This area is dedicated to crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is crucial for the effective production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the intricate creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plates, featuring manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame bearing the billet body is deftly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then carefully placed on the cutting car. The product is meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism, aided by the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
The autoclave-cured products are then extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring optimal product handling and storage.
