AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The fundamental ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production are meticulously selected to ensure superior quality. This typically includes premium sand, often sourced from eco-friendly fly ash, lime of the highest purity, robust cement, finely processed gypsum, and top-grade aluminum powder or paste.
This indispensable phase focuses on the precise processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring that each component is primed and perfectly prepared for the subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the production process, playing a vital role in crafting resilient and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
This essential segment is integral to the creation of the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, complemented by the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame for optimal efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in the crafting of high-quality, robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the groundwork for the exceptional durability and structural integrity they are renowned for.
This section is dedicated to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), which is vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring precision and efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is carefully placed on the cutting car, where it is expertly cut—laterally, horizontally, and vertically—into the desired product shape, ensuring precision and uniformity.
The process concludes efficiently with the ground turning table facilitating the removal and recycling of any corner waste from the cut body, optimizing material usage.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized with precision using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next essential phase of the production process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclave for sustained pressure maintenance, directed by the precision-driven traction mechanism and the efficient ferry cart. This ensures uniformity and consistency in the curing process.
After the autoclaving process, the cured products are meticulously extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ensuring they are handled with utmost care and precision.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a meticulous and systematic sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, carefully packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced and sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, guaranteeing their readiness for dispatch.
