1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the sophisticated realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the primary ingredients that lay the foundation of excellence typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (often in the form of aluminum paste), among others.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This integral segment stands as the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring reliability and precision.

This section is instrumental in crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) crucial for the structural integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside an efficient automatic circulation system for the assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is the pivotal core for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the slabs' quality and strength.

Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging, complemented by an automatic assembly frame circulation system.

4. Cutting Section

Once the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is carefully demudded via the turning crane, it is placed, along with the side plate, onto the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous cutting and molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting processes.

The deftly cut body then passes through the ground turning table for the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring environmental consciousness.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this precise operation.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by a strategic traction mechanism and ferry cart system positioned before the autoclaves.

Once the autoclave curing concludes, the durable products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart, ready to be transported to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are diligently sorted, expertly palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and transport equipment, post-separation.
