AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we carefully select premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) to ensure superior quality and efficacy.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital segment is at the heart of producing high-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and excellence.
This segment focuses on crafting robust steel meshes (or mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It facilitates both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This pivotal section also plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in creating the steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for concrete plates, supporting both manual and automated mesh hanging and ensuring smooth assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes careful demudding via the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
The cut body is expertly handled by the ground turning table, facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and efficiently transported by the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are smoothly transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance via the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned at the entrance of the autoclaves.
Upon autoclave curing, the products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the packaging section for final packaging and dispatch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After exiting the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, efficiently packed, and seamlessly transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
