AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, raw materials such as sand, fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) are quintessential.
This pivotal phase involves the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Serving as a cornerstone, this section revolutionizes the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment is dedicated to crafting steel mesh cages necessary for the concrete plates, featuring both manual and automated mesh hanging, as well as an efficient assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
Heralded as a core segment, this section catalyzes the fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It masterfully creates essential steel mesh cages, facilitates both manual and automated mesh hanging, and ensures seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, brimming with the billet body, undergoes de-mudding via a crane. The blank, paired with its side plate, is then expertly positioned on the cutting car for precision cutting—transforming it through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
After cutting, the corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled via a ground turning table.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered and marshaled by the crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for steady pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart poised at its entrance.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the products are extricated by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are adeptly sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring pristine delivery.
