1. Raw Material Processing Section
The meticulously selected raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
At the heart of our production process, this section is critical for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh cages required for the slabs are expertly fabricated, with both manual and automatic handling of the mesh and seamless circulation within the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
As a core component of our production line, this section ensures the formation and stabilization of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves the creation of steel mesh cages, along with both manual and automatic handling, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the process.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, billet-laden mold frames are demolded using a crane. The billets, along with their side plates, are then placed on cutting cars where they undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve their final shape.
Corner waste is expertly removed and recycled using a ground turning table, ensuring minimal wastage.
Post-waste removal, billets are adeptly handled by marshalling cranes and ferry cars for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transferred to the autoclave via a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
Upon completion of the autoclaving process, the cured products are meticulously transported by ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
