1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation (AAC), the essential raw materials include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials to ensure optimal production quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core part of our production line is dedicated to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the vital steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the AAC plates. The process includes both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal segment of our production line is essential for forming the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
The section is responsible for crafting the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for the AAC plates, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh hanging processes and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product's molding.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles any corner waste effectively.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this phase, the assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and a ferry cart.
After curing, the products are pulled out of the autoclave by a ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
