1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation process utilizes prime ingredients such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section focuses on the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the backbone of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section ensures both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical stage is integral to the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates is expertly fabricated with options for manual (automatic) handling and optimal assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, achieving precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, enhancing sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for optimal marshalling.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the high-quality autoclave products are extracted by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After exiting the autoclave, the steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, securely packaged, and efficiently transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
