1. Raw Material Processing Section

In our sophisticated AAC production, the process begins with the meticulous handling of essential raw materials. These include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).

This vital section ensures the efficient processing and secure storage of all raw materials, setting the stage for quality production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of our AAC slab production lies this core section, where precision and technology converge.

This area specializes in crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for AAC plates. It features advanced manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

The core of AAC slab production, this section represents the epitome of innovation and efficiency.

Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates takes place, alongside manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and optimal assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

In this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body is expertly demudded and placed on the cutting car. The product achieves its final shape through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

After cutting, the ground turning table deftly removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
Post waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ready for the next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

Using a robust traction mechanism, assembled cakes are delivered into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, perfectly supported by the ferry cart.

Post-curing, the autoclave-treated products are elegantly extracted by the ferry cart and moved seamlessly to the packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Fresh from the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packing, before being conveyed to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and transportation equipment.
