1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and similar components, ensuring the highest quality for superior construction.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring strength and durability.
This section fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section crucial for the production of top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is responsible for making steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts complete the product's molding.
The cut body undergoes ground turning to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ready for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via a traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing.
Post autoclaving, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported efficiently to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
