1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated concrete production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This pivotal section handles the meticulous processing and secure storage of the raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This stage is integral for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
This segment is dedicated to crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, encompassing manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a critical phase in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the essential processes of making steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) mesh hanging, and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is then processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized using a marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted using the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and transportation equipment after careful separation.
