1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section handles the intricate processing and meticulous storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the manufacturing line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate is crafted, involving both manual and automatic hanging mesh, as well as an automated assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical section is fundamental to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is dedicated to creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging and an automated assembly frame circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
Post-cutting, the body is managed on the ground turning table, where corner waste is efficiently removed and recycled.
Following waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the products are removed by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
