1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for AAC plates is meticulously crafted. This section handles both manual and automatic hanging of the mesh, as well as the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for AAC plates. This section covers both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame loaded with the billet is carefully demudded. The blank, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to form the product.
The cut body is processed further by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is completed with the aid of a marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Pre-assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the finished products are carefully pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and transportation equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in pristine condition.
