1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the fundamental ingredients encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, along with the enchanting inclusion of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This segment is ingeniously crafted for the precise processing and optimal storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the very core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial stage where cutting-edge innovation converges with meticulous precision.
In this arena, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. The procedure encompasses seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling coupled with an advanced system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, seamlessly blending technology with craftsmanship.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this essential segment of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, the majestic transformation from raw potential to concrete reality occurs.
Within this dynamic sphere, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. The process entails both manual and automatic mesh handling, harmonized by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, transforming raw materials into expertly crafted slabs.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, engineering elegance is unveiled as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The masterpiece is revealed as the cut body is deftly managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, maintaining sustainability at its core.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with remarkable finesse and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision and grace, the assembled cakes are seamlessly ushered into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, meticulously positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, elegantly pulled out by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand entrance.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Newly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo an exacting process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This entire operation is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless and flawless journey from production to storage.
