1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), we utilize premium materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste) to achieve superior product quality.
This critical section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of all raw materials, ensuring consistency and excellence in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment represents the heart of AAC slab production, focusing on the creation of durable and reliable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we specialize in crafting the essential steel mesh (or mesh cages) required for AAC panels. We incorporate both manual and automatic systems for hanging the mesh and seamlessly integrate the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is a pivotal element in the AAC slab manufacturing process, ensuring the formation of high-quality slabs.
This area is dedicated to producing the steel mesh (mesh cages) essential for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging processes and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame with the billet body is expertly de-molded using a turning crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is carefully placed on a cutting car where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
Subsequent to cutting, a ground turning table efficiently handles the body to remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-clearance of waste, the billet body is accurately positioned by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next production step.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this crucial stage, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for controlled pressure curing, facilitated by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the AAC products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the AAC cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. The finished goods are then expertly conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.
