1. Raw Material Processing Section: Foundation of Innovation

In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we begin with a symphony of raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These elements, when blended with precision, form the backbone of our production magic.

This critical section is where the alchemy of processing and storage transforms raw materials into a harmonious base for our innovative AAC production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation: Engineering Precision and Efficiency
& Circulation

At the heart of our facility lies this core section, dedicated to the artful creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, steel meshes (or mesh cages) essential for AAC plates are crafted with meticulous care. The process includes both manual and automatic hanging of meshes and a seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: A Crucial Phase of Creation

This section stands as the pivotal core for the production of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring high quality and uniformity.

We orchestrate the creation of steel meshes (or mesh cages) for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic methodologies, alongside an efficient circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section: Precision in Every Slice

With precision, the mold frame cradling the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are then adeptly placed on a cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product to perfection.

Post-cutting, the ground turning table meticulously removes and recycles corner waste, maintaining sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car elegantly complete the alignment of the blank body, preparing it for the next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section: Sealing Quality with Pressure

Our assembled cakes journey into the autoclave tank, courtesy of a robust traction mechanism and ferry cart. Here, they undergo a transformative constant pressure maintenance process.

Once the autoclave has worked its magic, the ferry cart gracefully extracts the cured products, delivering them to the finish line in the packaging section.

6. Finished Products: Where Precision Meets Perfection
Classification & Packaging: Finishing with Flair

Emerging from the autoclave's embrace, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Our packaging and conveying systems then deftly transport them to the storage yard, ensuring every finished product is a testament to quality and care.
