AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the core of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we diligently handle high-quality raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). Each material is processed with precision to ensure the utmost quality in every block produced.
This crucial section is devoted to the accurate processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring a flawless foundation for the entire production line.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the operational core, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched efficiency.
In this stage, we meticulously construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process incorporates both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, alongside a smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame to ensure seamless production.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section acts as the pivotal hub of production, essential in forming top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precise techniques and state-of-the-art machinery.
Here, we meticulously form the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, complemented by the automatic circulation of assembly frames to enhance efficiency and precision.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the billet body within the mold is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by a side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to perfectly shape the final product.
The ground turning table plays a vital role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with the utmost precision and care.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and precision in every step.
5. Autoclaving Section
With impeccable precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to achieve flawless results and superior quality.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly retrieved by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, all made possible by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring the products are delivered in perfect condition.
