AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
& Circulation
This is the pivotal hub for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring peak efficiency and quality.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. Manual or automatic mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of assembly frames are efficiently managed.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section again stands as the core for autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring a foundation of excellence.
Steel mesh (mesh cage) production crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with manual or automatic mesh hanging and frame circulation, is deftly executed here.
4. Cutting Section
Mold frames with billet bodies are expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside its side plate, is placed meticulously on the cutting car, where intricate side, horizontal, and vertical cuts complete the product's shaping.
The finely cut body is managed by the ground turning table, facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste with utmost precision.
Once waste is expertly removed, the blank body is completed with precision by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring immaculate handling.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are seamlessly guided into the tank for meticulous constant pressure maintenance, assisted by the traction mechanism before the autoclaves and the accompanying ferry cart.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are adeptly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after being precisely separated.
