AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients pivotal to autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically comprise sand, which often originates from fly ash, as well as lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial phase is devoted to the meticulous preparation and strategic storage of all essential raw materials, ensuring the highest quality for subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment represents the core of the operation, playing an integral role in crafting resilient autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that stand the test of time.
This segment is indispensable for fabricating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, complemented by seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in the production of premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the foundation for excellence.
This section is dedicated to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving both manual and automated mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes a sophisticated demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are positioned on the cutting car, where they experience a comprehensive cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—perfecting the desired product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance. This is achieved by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves, alongside the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, skillfully packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after efficient separation, ready for distribution.
