1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing, meticulous storage, and optimal conditioning of the raw materials, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section, crucial for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with exceptional durability.
This section expertly fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, seamlessly incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the smooth, automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section, this is central to producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, seamlessly incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the smooth, automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, ensuring perfect dimensions.
The cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, optimizing material usage.
Subsequently, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing, ensuring seamless operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using a highly efficient traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, maintaining product integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being expertly steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.
