1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production begins with the meticulous processing of essential raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
Here, we create the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC slabs. The process involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another critical section for producing high-quality AAC slabs, ensuring the integrity and durability of the final product.
In this stage, steel mesh (mesh cage) is prepared for the AAC slabs, involving manual or automatic mesh hanging and the streamlined circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to form the final product.
Following the cutting process, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring efficient material use.
After waste removal, the billet body is transferred and organized using the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are moved into the autoclave for curing under constant pressure by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
