1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation blocks typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is fabricated. This includes manual or automatic hanging of the mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section vital for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It's utilized for fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plates, including manual or automatic hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by the turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car where the product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve precise molding.
Post cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles the corner waste efficiently.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are seamlessly transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart before the autoclaves.
After curing in the autoclave, the finished products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
