AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production process begins with the careful selection and handling of fine raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring unparalleled quality and efficiency in every batch.
Within this section, raw materials are meticulously processed and securely stored, paving the way for remarkable AAC block production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is the heart of production, dedicated to crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and expertise.
Here, the creation of robust steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates is achieved through advanced manual or automatic hanging processes, seamlessly integrated with an automatic circulation system for assembling frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the central hub for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and innovation converge.
Steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for top-quality AAC plates is expertly crafted, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh, all within a sophisticated automatic frame assembly circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame, laden with billet body, undergoes a precise demudding process by a turning crane. The billet body, along with its side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where it is skillfully molded and cut into the desired shapes through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The refined cut body is then maneuvered by a ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Subsequent to waste removal, the billet body is expertly organized and marshaled by both the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks, where they undergo a rigorous constant pressure maintenance process, facilitated by a cutting-edge traction mechanism and a ferry cart positioned upfront.
After autoclaving, the expertly cured products are gingerly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are swiftly sorted, palletized, and packaged with precision. They are then transported to the storage yard via efficient packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless delivery and availability.

In machining, we employ a Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and horizontal machining center, ensuring precision and efficiency.
