1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of the essential raw materials, ensuring top-notch quality from the very beginning.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is crucial for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
Here, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, seamlessly incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section vital for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise cutting on all sides.
The cut body is then efficiently managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Subsequently, the blank body is precisely handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing, ensuring flawless results.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are methodically sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, guaranteeing optimal curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring pristine quality.
