AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the dynamic world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, our production thrives on a meticulously chosen mix of raw materials: sand (often fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). Each element plays a crucial role in crafting superior quality.
This vital section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of these essential raw materials, laying a solid foundation for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of our production line, where the art of crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs comes to life.
Here, we skillfully craft the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for AAC plates, seamlessly integrating manual or automatic mesh hanging and ensuring smooth, automated frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the cornerstone of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and innovation meet.
Essential for creating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) critical to AAC plate production, it harmonizes manual (or automated) mesh handling with efficient frame assembly circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, filled with billet body, is skillfully handled by a turning crane. It meticulously sets the blank body on the cutting car, where the product takes shape through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
After cutting, the ground turning table elegantly removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal wastage and maximum efficiency.
Once waste is expertly removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body's journey, highlighting our commitment to seamless operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave for steadfast pressure maintenance, orchestrated by a proficient traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon curing completion, the ferry cart gracefully pulls these autoclaved wonders out, transporting them to the finishing line for impeccable packaging.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, these steamed masterpieces are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently conveyed to the storage yard, courtesy of state-of-the-art packaging and transportation technology.
