1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), and more.
This section specializes in the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of the AAC slab production process.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for AAC slabs are fabricated. This process involves manual or automated mesh handling and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is crucial for the production of AAC slabs.
It involves making steel meshes (mesh cages) for AAC plates, managing manual or automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to complete the product's shaping.
The cut billet bodies are processed using a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the billet is finalized using a marshalling crane and a ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure curing, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted using the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using specialized packaging and transporting equipment.
