1. Raw Material Processing Section

The foundation of our superior autoclaved aerated coagulation production involves a meticulous selection of raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These elements come together to create a high-quality AAC product.

In this pivotal section, the processing and storage of raw materials are handled with precision to ensure the utmost quality for AAC production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This section is the heart of our advanced autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation and efficiency meet.

Here, the essential steel mesh, or mesh cage, for AAC plates is fabricated with cutting-edge technology. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

This section is another core element of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production that ensures uniformity and strength.

Specialized for precision, this area creates the steel mesh for AAC plates while also managing the manual and automatic mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation with utmost efficiency.

4. Cutting Section

Precision is key as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes demudding via crane. The blank body and side plates are expertly positioned on the cutting car, undergoing meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical slicing to shape the product.

Once the cutting is complete, the corner waste is skillfully removed and recycled, ensuring sustainability in our cutting-edge processes.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is seamlessly processed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing a synchronized journey toward finalization.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are efficiently conveyed into the autoclave, where they are subjected to consistent pressure maintenance, thanks to the state-of-the-art traction mechanism and ferry cart systems.

The autoclave-cured products emerge, ready to be transported to the packaging section, skillfully managed by the ferry carts, ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Our process culminates with the autoclaved cakes being expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard with precision, ready to meet the world.
