1. Raw Material Processing Section

Our AAC production utilizes premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or paste), ensuring top-notch quality.

This pivotal section handles the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials, laying the foundation for superior AAC output.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This crucial segment is the heart of AAC slab manufacturing, where innovation meets precision.

Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), pivotal for AAC slabs, occurs with options for manual or automated hanging, complemented by seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another core component for crafting superior AAC slabs.

Facilitates the intricate process of forming steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for AAC plates, with efficient manual or automated mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Witness precision as the mold frame, complete with the billet body, undergoes seamless demudding by crane. The billet, with its side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

The cutting process concludes with the ground turning table, effectively removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring eco-friendly operations.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for flawless completion.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembly is intricately moved into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, aided by the precision of the traction mechanism and ferry cart.

Post-curing, the finished products are efficiently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart, then seamlessly transported to the final packaging area.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After autoclaving, products are elegantly sorted, palletized, and packed. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they maintain their pristine condition.
