1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey through the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production! Here, the core raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting aluminum powder (or paste) blend harmoniously to lay the foundation for excellence.
This thoughtfully crafted section is dedicated to the precise and efficient processing and storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring each component is prepared to perfection.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Welcome to the dynamic hub of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production! This crucial section is where cutting-edge innovation converges with meticulous precision to create extraordinary results.
Within this state-of-the-art environment, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully crafted. The process seamlessly integrates manual or automatic mesh handling, complemented by an advanced automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Here, in this vital section of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, the transformation from concept to concrete reality takes shape with finesse and precision.
In this exhilarating setting, the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. The operations feature both manual and automated handling, enhanced by an automated circulation system for the assembly frame, ensuring flawless execution.
4. Cutting Section
Step into the realm of engineering artistry, where, with masterful precision, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes deft demudding by a turning crane. The blank body and the side plate are then expertly positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving immaculate forms.
The masterpiece is unveiled as the cut body is adeptly handled by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, championing sustainability and efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with unparalleled finesse and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unwavering precision, the assembled cakes are elegantly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the strategically positioned traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Triumphantly emerging from the autoclave, the cured products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, primed for their market introduction.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Fresh from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a rigorous sorting, palletizing, and packing process, followed by efficient transportation to the storage yard. This entire process is flawlessly managed by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
