1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the intricate process of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we meticulously handle superior raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring each component's excellence.
This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring their readiness for the next phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the core of our operations, fueling the creation of exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled efficiency.
Here, we masterfully craft the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We incorporate both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, complemented by a smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section embodies the center of our production, essential in crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and quality.
This is where we assemble the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. By employing manual and automatic mesh hanging, paired with the assembly frames' automatic circulation, we ensure exceptional quality.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product shape with precision.
The ground turning table plays an essential role in removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cutting process with exceptional finesse and care.
After waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and quality.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring constant pressure and flawless end results.
After curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next steps.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a rigorous process of sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. They are subsequently transported to the storage yard, facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless logistics.
