1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste. These materials are meticulously processed to ensure the highest quality and consistency.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring everything is primed for the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section is essential for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the integration and durability of the final product.
This area is responsible for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes the manual (or automatic) hanging of mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section plays a crucial role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, managing the pouring and pre-curing processes with precision.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing manual (or automatic) hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded by turning the crane. The billet, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut billet is then processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
After waste removal, the billet is marshaled by the crane and marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism, ensuring thorough curing. The ferry cart then moves them into position for the next stage.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart removes the cured products, transporting them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes from the autoclave are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring secure handling and efficient logistics.
