1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the key ingredients include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), carefully selected for optimal results.

This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these vital raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

Serving as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section ensures every slab's integrity.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the slabs is crafted with precision, accommodating both manual and automatic mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This pivotal section is integral to the excellence of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It encompasses the careful creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), facilitating manual and automatic handling and ensuring efficient assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Utilizing a turning crane, the mold frame with its billet body is demolded and placed, alongside the side plate, on the cutting car. The sophisticated cutting process involves side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, shaping the product with precision.

Post-cutting, the body undergoes a transformation on the ground turning table, where corner waste is expertly removed and recycled.
Subsequent to waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body assembly with finesse.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this advanced phase, assembled cakes are precisely maneuvered into the autoclave for consistent pressure curing, courtesy of the traction mechanism and ferry cart.

Post-curing, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the cured products, seamlessly transporting them to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Freshly steamed and ready, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then ensures their safe journey to the storage yard.
