1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials serve as the foundation for excellence. Typically, these include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, each contributing to the superior quality of the end product.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these pivotal raw materials, ensuring their optimal condition for subsequent stages.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This section stands as the cornerstone of the production journey for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, precision meets innovation as we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the robust structure of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Whether it's manual or automatic hanging mesh, the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames ensures efficiency and consistency.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is paramount in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Utilizing advanced techniques, it facilitates the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for the integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh and the smooth automatic circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

The precision of our cutting section is unmatched. Once the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding by the turning crane, the blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, the product is meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.

The cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, maintaining sustainability in production.
After waste removal, the blank body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless transition to the next phase.

5. Autoclaving Section

In the autoclaving section, assembled cakes are methodically transferred into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring high-quality curing.

Upon completion of autoclave curing, the ferry cart meticulously transports the finished products to the packaging section, ready for dispatch.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packing. Utilizing state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, the finished products are then transported efficiently to the storage yard, primed for delivery.
