AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for the sophisticated autoclaved aerated coagulation process typically include premium sand (often derived from eco-friendly fly ash), high-grade lime, cement, gypsum, and fine aluminum powder or paste.
This essential phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all integral raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the manufacturing process, indispensable for crafting robust and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This crucial segment is essential for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging and ensures the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage is instrumental in creating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and consistency.
This section is devoted to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging with the smooth automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame transporting the billet body undergoes expert demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then securely positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes a precise cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the desired product shape with unparalleled accuracy.
The process concludes with the ground turning table skillfully facilitating the removal and efficient recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
After the meticulous removal of waste, the blank body is expertly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a flawless transition to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precisely engineered traction mechanism at the forefront of the autoclaves, along with the efficient ferry cart leading the way.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with exceptional finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The cakes, freshly perfected from the autoclave, undergo a meticulous and precise sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, securely packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment after careful separation.
