AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the primary materials encompass sand (often in the form of fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, which are meticulously prepared.
This essential section is dedicated to the processing and efficient storage of all raw materials, ensuring their readiness for the next stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, orchestrating the seamless creation of robust materials.
Here, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates occurs, supplemented by both manual and automatic hanging mesh processes, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this critical phase, the foundation for creating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is laid, ensuring the successful initiation of the production process.
This stage involves crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, integrating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body is skillfully demoulded using a crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then meticulously positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the desired product shape.
The cut body undergoes ground turning table operations to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material wastage.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the marshalling process smoothly.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank where constant pressure is maintained, facilitated by the front traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are carefully extracted from the autoclave via the ferry cart, seamlessly transitioning to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then adeptly conveyed to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficient and safe transport.
