AAC Production Process
Teeyer Whole Production Line, including 6 processing sections |
1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential components for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete typically consist of sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This critical phase involves the meticulous handling and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are ready for conversion into premium AAC products.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the cornerstone of the operation, playing a vital role in forming robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This crucial segment is key to crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal stage is integral to producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal mixture consistency and preparation.
Within this section, the precise construction of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates is conducted, involving both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body undergoes a transformation via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it experiences a thorough cutting process—sideways, horizontally, and vertically—to achieve the precise product dimensions.
The process culminates with the ground turning table aiding in the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, promoting sustainability.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly ferried into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism before the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart ahead.
Following autoclaving, the cured products are gracefully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave are subjected to a meticulous sorting process, expertly palletized, and then conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment post-separation.
