AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation creation generally encompass sand (often derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial phase is devoted to the diligent processing and strategic storage of each raw material with precision and care.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands as the core of the operation, vital for producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that embody durability.
This essential segment focuses on creating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging along with the seamless and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a crucial juncture in crafting superior-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is dedicated to the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, covering manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this pivotal phase, the mold frame with the billet body is meticulously demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes a thorough cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise shape of the product.
Concluding the process, the ground turning table expertly facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Once waste is removed, the blank body is adeptly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless progression to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance through the precision-driven traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves, complemented by the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with remarkable finesse from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous classification process. They are then skillfully palletized, expertly packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment following efficient separation.
