1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential additives.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This stage stands as the pivotal point for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. It includes both manual and automatic processes for mesh hanging and ensures seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This segment is crucial for creating premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.

It involves producing the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), integrating manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring automated assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product molding.

After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste.
Once waste is cleared, the blank body undergoes final processing by the marshalling crane and ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are methodically sent into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.

Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for final processing.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring optimal handling and organization.
