1. Raw Material Processing Section

Embark on the journey of crafting our autoclaved aerated coagulation masterpieces with top-tier raw materials, including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).

A pivotal phase, this section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials, laying a solid foundation for quality production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation

At the heart of our production line, this segment is vital for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Experience the precision of our advanced systems for crafting necessary steel mesh (or mesh cages), along with both manual and automated mesh suspension, ensuring seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section stands as the cornerstone of our production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, essential tasks such as crafting the needed steel mesh (or mesh cages) for AAC plates are conducted, combined with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Utilizing precision technology, mold frames with billet bodies are deftly turned and demudded by cranes. The blank body, alongside its side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts achieve perfect product molding.

Our cutting-edge ground turning tables efficiently deal with corner waste, ensuring it's removed and recycled without fuss.
Once waste removal is complete, marshalling cranes and ferry cars artfully handle the blank body, ensuring smooth progression through the process.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembly cakes, our pride, are gently guided into the autoclave tanks by advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts, where they undergo precise pressure maintenance.

Upon completion of their curing journey, these exquisite autoclave products are carefully extracted by ferry carts and transported to the final packaging section, ready to impress.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Having been expertly steamed, our cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packaging. Then, transported via state-of-the-art conveying equipment, they are delivered to the storage yard, ready for the world.
