1. Raw Material Processing Section

Embark on the journey of autoclaved aerated coagulation with expertly selected raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each chosen for their superior quality.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring optimal preparation for production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This vital segment represents the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets innovation.

Here, we craft the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for our AAC plates, featuring manual or automatic hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This integral section stands as a core pillar in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, fostering excellence at every step.

It meticulously manufactures the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, complementing this with both manual and automatic mesh hanging as well as adept automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Through advanced techniques, the mold frame with its billet body is expertly demudded using our turning crane. The blank, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, achieving precise product molding via side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

The ground turning table then efficiently handles the removal and recycling of corner waste, showcasing our commitment to sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring orderly and efficient processing.

5. Autoclaving Section

With precision, the assembled cakes enter the autoclaves, maintained at constant pressure by the traction mechanism and efficiently maneuvered by the ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions.

Post-autoclaving, products are systematically extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, demonstrating seamless operational flow.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Once elegantly steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packaging, then are transported to the storage yard with precision by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for the market.
