AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials-sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum-are expertly combined with the transformative touch of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is masterfully designed for the precise processing and optimal storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring a seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the vibrant core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab creation, where cutting-edge innovation harmoniously blends with meticulous precision.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process features seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling, complemented by a refined system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring top precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, pivotal to the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, is where the enchanting transformation of elements into tangible reality occurs.
In this vibrant setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is performed with precision. The process includes both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, engineering elegance comes to life as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are meticulously placed on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for flawless molding.
The refined masterpiece emerges as the cut body is adeptly managed by the ground turning table, ensuring the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, thereby promoting sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with precision and elegance.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, aided by the strategic positioning of the traction mechanism and the ferry cart at the forefront of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge majestically, seamlessly drawn out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, poised for their premiere.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the products undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This entire journey is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
